ALLURE LICENSEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Taitam Allure
Travel & Savings Club (the “Club”).
These Licensee Club Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Taitam Allure travel services platform (the “Network”) operated by Taitam Technology Vacations LLC, a Wyoming company, Seller of Travel Registration No. ST43471 (“Taitam,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms incorporate the provisions of your executed Service License Agreement / Buyer’s Agreement (“Agreement”) and apply to all Licensees who purchase or access a Taitam Reservation Services License.
- By purchasing, activating, or using your Taitam License, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Agreement you signed, and any addendums referenced therein.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Licensee
An individual or household granted a non-exclusive Reservation Services License to access the Taitam Allure Network.
1.2 Network
The Taitam Allure online travel-search, booking, and loyalty rewards platform available at travel.taitamallure.com.
1.3 Reservation Services License
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted to Licensee to access discounted travel inventory and services as outlined in the Agreement.
1.4 Annual License Renewal Fee
The yearly renewal fee, currently $199, required to maintain active license status.
1.5 Third-Party Providers
Airlines, hotels, resorts, rental agencies, tour operators, and other vendors that supply travel products accessible through the Network.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Upon receipt of the Purchase Price and subject to compliance with these Terms:
- Taitam grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable Reservation Services License to access the Network.
- License includes unlimited access to hotels, resorts, all-inclusive properties, vacation rentals, flights, cruises, cars, transfers, activities, and other travel inventory, subject to availability and provider policies.
- License is for personal use only for the number of households stated on your Agreement.
- Your license does not convey ownership of any travel product, timeshare, points system, or similar real estate right.
3. LICENSE RENEWAL FEE
- The Annual License Renewal Fee is $199, beginning one year from your date of enrollment.
- Fees are subject to change.
- Licensees receive an email reminder (Annual Renewal Statement) before renewal is due.
- Licensee must remain current with renewal fees to maintain access to the Network.
Failure to pay the renewal fee may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. NO TIMESHARE – DISCLOSURE
As disclosed in your Agreement:
- The Taitam License is not a timeshare purchase and creates no timeshare rights, ownership, or guarantees.
- No laws or obligations governing timeshare purchases apply.
- While Taitam may refer reputable third-party companies for timeshare listing, sale, or liquidation, such referrals are independent.
- Licensee agrees to hold Taitam harmless regarding third-party timeshare services.
5. CANCELLATION & RESCISSION RIGHTS
Licensee may cancel under the rescission terms stated in the Agreement:
5.1 Three-Day Right of Rescission
You may cancel within three (3) calendar days of execution of the Agreement without penalty, by:
- Returning all Taitam materials;
- Sending a written notice of cancellation via

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt of cancellation and may take an additional 7–10 days to appear in your account.
No oral representations may modify these cancellation requirements.
6. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY
- Licensees receive a unique login to the travel platform at travel.taitamallure.com.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- Sharing your login outside the number of households on your Agreement is prohibited.
- Unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination.
7. USE OF THE NETWORK
Licensees agree to the following:
- All travel bookings and prices are subject to availability and third-party provider rules.
- Taitam does not guarantee lowest price on every booking, though the Network is designed to provide discounted rates.
- Travel credits, loyalty points, and incentives (when applicable) must be used according to published guidelines.
- Licensee agrees not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent, speculative, or reseller activity.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments, processing fees, and financing terms appear in your executed Agreement.
- Down payments and unpaid balances must be paid according to your Agreement.
- Taitam may suspend access for non-payment.
- Licensees providing credit card authorization consent to Taitam or its authorized agent charging the card for amounts owed.
9. THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL PROVIDERS
Taitam Allure provides access to discounted travel inventory but does not operate airlines, hotels, resorts, or other providers.
- All travel bookings are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
- Policies regarding cancellations, refunds, changes, baggage, taxes, resort fees, and other conditions are set by the provider.
- Taitam is not responsible for acts, omissions, or service quality of any third-party provider.
- Licensee must comply with all third-party terms.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- Taitam is not liable for damages arising from travel delays, cancellations, provider errors, force majeure events, lost luggage, accidents, illness, or dissatisfaction with any travel product.
- Taitam does not guarantee availability, pricing fluctuations, or continuity of any travel inventory.
- Taitam shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your exclusive remedy for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your annual license fee.
11. MEMBER CONDUCT
Licensees may not:
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the platform for commercial resale or travel agency activities
- Interfere with website operation
- Abuse discount programs or promotions
- Make speculative, duplicate, or fraudulent reservations
Violations may result in immediate termination of license privileges.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Taitam may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted at
https://taitam.vip/licensee-club-terms-and-conditions/.
Continued use of the Network constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. TERMINATION
- Taitam may terminate or suspend access if:
- Licensee fails to pay required renewal fees
- Licensee breaches these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is identified
- Licensee misuses the platform or violates provider rules
Termination does not entitle Licensee to refunds outside the rescission period.
14. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY
Taitam collects and stores information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Credit card information is stored via secure transmission and encrypted storage in accordance with industry standards.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By:
- Purchasing a license
- Signing the Service License Agreement
- Accessing the Network
- Logging into your travel account
…you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
